Order Processing and fulfillment

After your payment has cleared in our account, we'll begin preparing your order. The orders will be ready for shipment approximately in 3-4 business days.

For orders paid via wire transfer or zelle shipment scheduling occurs approximately 3-4 business days after cleared payment.

For payments made via Cashier's Check, shipment scheduling occurs approximately 7-9 business days after cleared payment.

When your order is ready, we will proceed to book the best carrier for your shipment. While we aim for same-day pick-up, please understand that occasionally, due to their workload, it may take an extra day or two for the freight carrier to collect your shipment.

What’s Considered “Cleared” in Our Account

• Wire Transfer or Zelle: A payment is considered cleared once it is officially posted to our account. For same-day wire transfers, this is typically the following business day. At times, we may see the payment initiated, but it does not fully post until the next day.
• Cashier’s Check: A payment made by cashier’s check is considered cleared 3 business days after the deposit date.
